Why We Founded NOVA REACH
Rebuilding Transparent China Sourcing through a Consultative Model
Five years of studying and living in the UK, including my master’s studies at Queen Mary University of London, shaped a clear understanding: truly stable cross-border cooperation is built on clear expectations, well-defined responsibilities, and mutual trust.
After graduation, I worked in management consulting at Deloitte, where I was deeply involved in multiple projects covering cross-border supply chain planning, supplier audits, and procurement process optimization.
While working with overseas buyers, I repeatedly heard the same concern: “China has strong manufacturing capabilities, but why does the sourcing process still feel difficult to control and trust?”
This reveals a core challenge in the industry: the black-box structure within traditional sourcing agency models makes supplier information, cost logic, project progress, and accountability difficult to see clearly.
NOVA REACH was built to address this challenge. We bring consulting methodologies into cross-border sourcing and use a consultative model to redefine traditional sourcing agency services — transforming the sourcing process from a black box into a white-box process that is clear, controllable, and traceable，helping global buyers build a more transparent, more controllable, and more professional sourcing system in China.

FOUNDER / HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN
Sherry
Master's degree in Finance from Queen Mary University of London, with five years of study and living experience in the UK. Former management consultant at Deloitte, with 8 years of experience in cross-border supply chain management.At NOVA REACH, Sherry leads supply chain management, supplier evaluation, sourcing planning, and project delivery, applying consulting methodologies throughout the sourcing process.
CO-FOUNDER / RISK & COSTSTRATEGY
Tao Chen
PhD in Finance from Durham University, based in the UK, with expertise in data analysis, process automation, and risk control, bridging overseas buyers and local sourcing execution in China.At NOVA REACH, Tao reviews quotation logic, checks cost and quantity consistency, and supports supplier risk assessment. He helps turn fragmented sourcing information into clearer checks and repeatable workflows, so clients can spot potential mismatches before they become problems.

Jacky
Cross-disciplinary background in international shipping, industrial design, product development, and brand strategy, with over 10 years of experience supporting consumer product projects from concept to market launch.At NOVA REACH, Jacky leads requirement translation, supplier assessment, and delivery management across private-label, OEM/ODM, and customized projects—turning client needs into manufacturable solutions while reducing rework and delivery risks.
